Was founded in 2009, and has about 80 jobs
The plant for the production of polyethylene film and bags is located in Almaty, 93ABurundayskaya str. It is the largest production site in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan with a capacity of more than 500 tons of film and packaged products per month. The factory is equipped with advanced equipment from manufacturers YOO JIN Korea and Hemingstone Taiwan.

Types
Polyethylene film is produced in accordance with GOST 10354-82 in various versions with a width from 280 to 5800 mm and a thickness from 40 to 250 microns in the following types;
- Heat shrinkable polyethylene film
- Linen, half sleeve, sleeve, sleeve with fold
- Heat-resistant polyethylene film
- Greenhouse polyethylene film
Products
Packaged products are made of polyethylene of the highest grades in the CIS market. The main supplier of the feedstock is the manufacturer PJSC Sibur Holding Russia.
Packaged polyethylene products are manufactured in accordance with GOST 12302-2013, and represent the following versions:
- A "T-SHIRT" type package
- A package in a general purpose roll
- A garbage bag
- Information inserts
- Inserts for BIG BAG
- Package packing
Laboratory
The plant is equipped with its own fleet for the delivery of products, and also has its own testing laboratory for the study of the following parameters:

Elongation
Tensile strength
Production of pipe products
Was founded in 2011 and is located on 7 hectares of land
The plant produces PVC and HDPE pipe products. PVC pipes are casing pipes and are available in diameters from 90 mm to 250 mm according to ST 96365-1910–LLP–01–2011 , HDPE pipe products from 16 mm to 630 mm according to GOST 18599-2001,
as well as various accessories in the form of adapters, plugs and covers of various modifications. HDPE pipes are intended for water supply of STRK 4427-1.2-2014, for gas supply of STRK 4437-1.2-2014.
Advanced equipment
The plant is equipped with advanced European equipment from the manufacturer Krauss Maffei, which has a capacity of about 1,200 tons of pipe products per month.
Laboratory
The plant has its own certified laboratory "CERTIFICATE No. 1 ON THE ASSESSMENT OF THE STATE OF LABORATORY MEASUREMENTS" and conducts a full range of laboratory tests:
- Hydrostatic rupture test
- Impact strength
- Axial load
- Elongation at break
- Material compression test
- Bending test of the material
Logistics
The products are delivered to customers by their own trucks of open and container type to any point of our Country.
The supply of raw materials is carried out on its own railway impasse from advanced manufacturers such as PJSC Sibur Holding Russia.
